Where ability defines identity, saw a need to encourage, acknowledge and empower the differently able and underprivileged individual, irrespective to the institutions they belonged to .Provide training in trades like candle making ,paper bags, cloth bags, making, chalk making, boxes, jewellery and much more. Career counseling, organizing events, workshops, awareness campaigns, job placements, parents counseling, entertainment programmes, organizing exhibitions, promoting our products in outlets, participating in spiritual experiences.
Our main motive is to work together to uplift the differently able individually giving them their own identity, they all have the potential, but they need patience, love and support to learn and earn their ‘Astitva’. Our mission is to provide a homely, eco-friendly, politically free residential vocational training institute, old age home for the differently able, specially the mentally challenged as they seem to be a burden to the society more than being special in their own way. we identify, inspire, motivate creativity.

We were fortunate to have MS.Jayshree Chaudhary as a resource person to conduct a training program on new Technics to handle and develop the intellectually disabled on sexuality. We are thankful to her for educating us.
